How do I reserve a study room?

Answer

Current law students can reserve a study room through the library’s website. If you have any issues, please contact the Circulation/Reserve Desk at 617.573.8177 or via email at law_circulation@suffolk.edu.

Study rooms reservable through the library (5th-7th floors of Sargent Hall) can only be reserved by law students (5th-7th floors) and business graduate students (5th floor only).

  • You must check into your study room to complete the reservation process. To check-in, either scan the QR code on the wall in the study room or check in at the Circulation/Reserve Desk.
  • You must check out of your study room at the end of your reservation. To check out, scan the QR code on the wall in the study room.
  • Rooms may be checked in 30 minutes before the reservation start time and no later than 30 minutes after the reservation start time.
  • Rooms can be reserved up to 7 days in advance.
  • Reservations CANNOT be canceled within 2 hours of the reservation start time.
  • Repeated failure to check in for your reservations may lead to suspension of study room booking privileges.
